Dr. Michael B. Keough
Dr. Michael B. Keough is an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Louisville. He did his MD/PhD at the University of Calgary (2010-2018), followed by neurosurgery residency at the University of Alberta (2018-2024). He did an enfolded post-doctoral research fellowship in Dr. Michelle Monje’s lab at Stanford University (2021-2022) and a clinical fellowship in Neurosurgical Oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota (2024-2025).

Russell Howard
Russell Howard is a Research Specialist IV at the University of Louisville. He completed his MS in Molecular Biology and MBA at the University of Louisville. He has worked for the Kentucky Spinal Cord Injury Research Center at the University for 27 years. His skills include molecular biology, cell culture, and laboratory administration. Outside the lab, he enjoys history, reading, gaming and photography.
